For CPAs, Attorneys & M&A Advisors

You get them to the closing table.
We engineer what happens after.

Your client's exit is your deal — the valuation, the structure, the documents. Our lane starts the moment the proceeds are in hand: turning a lump sum into an income architecture that doesn't depend on the business anymore. We work alongside your relationship, never around it.

The Gap After Closing

For most owners, planning ends at the wire transfer

Your work — valuation, deal structure, tax planning around the sale, the legal documents — is what makes the exit happen. But once the proceeds land, most clients are on their own to figure out what turns that number into retirement income. That's a gap in the client experience, and often a missed opportunity to keep serving them well past the transaction.

Where We Fit

A narrow lane, on purpose

What We Engineer
Post-close income architecture — an income floor built from sale proceeds, qualified plan assets (SEP, Solo 401(k), cash balance), or both. Sequence-of-returns protection for the years surrounding the transition, and RMD / Roth conversion strategy where it applies.
What Stays With You
Valuation, deal structure, negotiation, buy-sell and succession documents, and tax strategy around the transaction itself. We don't touch any of it, and we're not trying to.
How We're Licensed
Licensed in 30+ states, focused on fixed insurance and annuity-based income strategies — the guaranteed-income layer of the plan. Where a client's existing advisory or AUM relationship is already in place, we build around it, not over it.

How We Work

You stay in the loop, by design

✓
Introductions happen through you
We work from your introduction and your context on the client relationship — not around it.
✓
We stay in our lane
Income architecture only. Anything touching valuation, deal terms, or legal structure gets routed back to you, not handled by us.
✓
No cold contact
We don't reach out to your clients independently or use the relationship as a channel for anything beyond what you've referred.

What a Referral Looks Like

A simple, four-step handoff

01
You introduce
A warm introduction, by email or call — whatever's easiest for you and the client.
02
We run the diagnostic
A complimentary Income Architecture Review, built around their exit timeline and balance sheet.
03
We build the plan
Income floor, sequence-risk protection, and RMD / Roth strategy — coordinated with what you and their CPA already have in place.
04
You stay informed
We keep you looped in on the relationship — it's still yours.
